Terms

These terms cover your use of the Unspeakabl mobile app and this website, both operated by Bora Technologies ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not, please don't use the app.

The licence you get

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Unspeakabl on devices you control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not resell the app, charge people to play it, decompile or reverse-engineer it, strip out the ads, or lift the card content into another product.

Purchases

The game is free to download and play with the Classic pack. Everything else is an optional one-time purchase:

• Individual packs — bought outright, one at a time, and permanent.
• Day pass — unlocks every pack, the third team and ad-free play for a fixed window from the moment of purchase. It is a consumable, not a subscription: it does not renew and you are not charged again.
• Season ticket — unlocks every pack, the third team and ad-free play permanently, for a single payment.

All payments are taken by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, in your local currency. We never receive or store your payment details. Purchases are tied to the store account that made them.

Refunds

Refunds are granted by the store, not by us. Request one through Apple or Google Play. A refunded purchase has its in-game unlock removed.

Restoring what you own

Permanent purchases can be restored through the store on any device signed in to the same account. Because a day pass is a consumable, the store cannot re-issue it — we restore an unexpired one from our own records instead. See the privacy policy for what those records contain.

Changes to what's on sale

We may add, rename, re-price or retire packs and offers. If we retire something, purchases you have already made stay yours.

Online multiplayer

The game offers online rooms in addition to pass-and-play. When you use them:

• Room state — the room code, team names, scores and turn order — is held on our servers while the game runs, and cleared afterwards.
• Team names you type are visible to everyone in the room. Don't put personal information, or anything abusive, in them.
• Rooms are provided as-is. Connections drop, players leave, and a game can end early. We don't guarantee any session will finish.
• We may end a session or block a device that is being used to abuse the service, disrupt other players, or attack the servers.

You are responsible for what you say and type while playing. The game is a party game for adults and older teenagers; use judgement about who is in the room.

Ads

The free game is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. We choose where ads appear, not which ads you see. An active day pass or the season ticket removes them.

Availability

We try to keep the servers up but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may require you to update the app to keep playing online.

Our content

The Unspeakabl name, artwork, card content and code belong to Bora Technologies. Screenshots and clips for reviews, streams and social posts are welcome and encouraged.

No warranty, and our liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end it if you materially breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives here, with the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
